Exchange and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work as expected, we’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know. 

Send an email or a WhatsApp message explaining the situation in detail including all of your contact information.

For Online Returns and Exchanges, it is important to note that you will be required to pay for the return shipping. This means that you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item to us. Please send your shipment via Tara (Door-to-Door Delivery) to:

Cancellations made same day of placing the order will be fully refunded to the original source of payment. Absolutely No returns on Clearance, Discounted or Sale items.

You have up to 7 days after purchase to exchange or return most items.  Only credit notes are offered for refunds. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds .

 

You are required to present  your receipt to facilitate an exchange or refund. The item must be in the same brand-new condition as when received.

A 90-day credit note can be issued on receipt of your returned items. If you return an item and the problem was due to no fault of Shop Bellies & Babies Store or the Courier Service, we will deduct a restocking fee of 20% to cover shipping, storage and miscellaneous charges and offer you a credit note with the difference.

You may be required to present a valid photo ID* that may be retained in a secure, encrypted database, where permitted by law. Shop Bellies and Babies Store reserves the right to refuse any return.
